What is AE-MSS-H?
- Carbide end mill for high-hardness steel multiple flutes Square type stub type (= shorter than short type flute length = 1.5D).
▲ The "neck shape" that is thinner than the end mill diameter improves accessibility to workpieces such as deep inclined surfaces!
Since the AE-MSS-H is thinner than the end mill diameter and has a "neck" that is released, it has the effect of avoiding the part that is not the flute part hitting the workpiece (= interference) when processing the deep part of the inclined surface on the side.
Stable machining of high-hardness steels up to 70HRC is possible with end cutting edge unequal spacing that suppresses chattering, outer peripheral negative cutting edges that achieve both sharpness and Chipping resistance , and DUROREY coating with high heat resistance & wear resistance and toughness.
Number of flutes is 4 flutes or 6 flutes. (depending on end mill diameter)

Unequal division to suppress chattering & negative cutting edge specification that achieves both sharpness and defect prevention
