It is not possible to select a suitable tool based on the information of titanium material alone.

There are titanium materials with different properties, such as Grade 2 pure titanium (TB340) and titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V_TAB6400). Therefore, further information on the material is required.

If it is pure titanium, a drill series for stainless steel such as NEXUS, EX-SUS-GDS, etc. is suitable.

If you want to process titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V) in external coolant supply , we recommend powder metallurgy HSS _ Stub Type Drill _VPH-GDS for tempered steel.

When internal coolant supply is supported, the ADO-SUS series is recommended for applications involving Grade 2 pure titanium (TB340) and titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V_TAB6400).
