Pilot hole is required for counterboring machining in PZAG.

After machining Pilot hole larger than the minimum Pilot hole diameter listed in the catalog, machine the counterboring hole with PZAG.

 

It can be used not only for counterboring , but also for plunge processing.

Since counterboring machining is a continuous process, the special insert breaker of the PZAG insert provides excellent chip fragmentation.
